What You’ll Be Doing:
- Reviewing and assessing mortgage applications
- Verifying customer documentation and circumstances
- Advising on mortgage products (phone & in-branch)
- Supporting mortgage intermediaries, solicitors, and customers
- Maintaining accurate records and application notes
- Monitoring inboxes and responding to enquiries
- Ensuring full compliance with mortgage policies and FCA regulations
- Helping shape team strategy and contribute to ongoing growth
What We’re Looking For:
✅ CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ High attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Good IT skills (Word, Excel)
✅ Able to manage your time effectively
✅ Team player who can also work independently
Financial services experience is a plus but not essential
