About the Role:
We’re an FCA-authorised mortgage brokerage, established in 2005, seeking experienced CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisers to join us on a freelance basis. This is a fully remote role with flexible hours. You’ll be working cases that have already been qualified by our internal team — no cold calling, no self-sourcing.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a steady flow of pre-qualified cases (not appointments).
- Each case includes: fact find, credit report, bank statements & lender affordability checks.
- Advise clients via phone or email based on their needs and circumstances.
- Submit DIPs and applications using our lender panel.
- Track and log only the active time you spend working on cases.

What We Need From You:
- CeMAP or equivalent (required).
- Minimum 12 months’ experience advising on mortgages.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently and remotely.
- Fully checkable employment history and clean compliance record.
Additional Information:
- Initial training may take place remotely or in Whiteley, Hampshire (accommodation provided if needed).
- Weekly availability must be agreed in advance.
