About Us:
We are a growing property maintenance and building firm, with a strong presence in both Norwich and London. We’re seeking a proactive and reliable Mobile Maintenance Assistant to be our on-the-ground support in London, helping to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine site checks and inspections.
- Perform light handyman and maintenance tasks as required.
- Deliver and collect materials to and from sites.
- Maintain site cleanliness and organisation.
- Support subcontractors and new operatives on-site to ensure smooth daily operations.
