Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all minibars are stocked with a variety of items, including beverages, snacks, and other amenities, to meet the needs and preferences of our guests.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and identify any discrepancies. Keep accurate records of inventory and report any shortages or damages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the minibar area, including restocking supplies, removing empty containers, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold our high standards of hygiene.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest requests, inquiries, and concerns related to minibar items. Offer recommendations and assistance to enhance the guest experience.
- Work closely with other team members, including housekeeping and front desk staff, to coordinate minibar restocking schedules and ensure seamless guest service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to relay information about stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and any issues related to minibar operations.
- Follow established policies and procedures regarding minibar operations, including pricing, billing, and security measures, to maintain consistency and compliance with company standards.
- Actively seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in minibar operations, suggesting ideas for process enhancements and participating in training programs as needed.
What you need:
- A genuine enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to guests, with a focus on meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail when restocking minibars, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring cleanliness standards are upheld.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment, supporting each other to achieve common goals and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Effective verbal communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues professionally, as well as written communication skills to record inventory data accurately.
