All our roles make a positive impact on the lives of others, the purpose of this role is to:
Provide support to a range of individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health issues. Liaising with referral agents within the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and other key stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of person-centred, high-quality support.
What we ask for from you:
- Level 2 Essential Skills in Maths and English or GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English.
- Able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 6 months recent experience providing support to individuals experiencing homelessness in a paid position
- OR
- Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience of providing support to people with a mental illness in a paid or voluntary capacity.
- To be willing to work various shifts which may include days, nights, evenings, and weekends
- To be willing to partake in an on-call rota
- NISCC Registration or eligible to be registered from commencement of role.
