For this particular role you will be seconded to the Queensbridge Community House within Cheltenham, you will be working with service users who are stepping down from secure care in a forensic setting.
You will work both at Queensbidge which is our residential setting and also at the community house, all training required will be given within Queensbridge.
Experience for this role is essential.
You must be a driver with access to a vehicle.
As a Mental Health support worker at Queensbridge Care you will be working within an experienced dedicated team delivering care and support to adults with a range of mental Health diagnoses. You will be supporting our residents to access the community, promote independence, provide practical and emotional support, whilst empowering them to achieve their goals in a person centered manner.

It would be an advantage if you have worked in a similar support or care role, however you will recieve specific training for this role and will be fully supported as you settle into the team.
