Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential customers, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of joining our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to analyse customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Duties
- Engage with potential members through various channels to promote membership offerings.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of membership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective members, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
- Utilise Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance membership sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape future offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within a membership-based environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in various situations.

This role is over the Ryedale contact which includes Ryedale swim and fitness, Derwent swim and fitness and Ryedale Sports Centre.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £19,099.98-£28,032.07 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
