Football is a weekend industry, being able to be present on site for weekends throughout the football season is a deal breaker.
Be able to create engaging content, working independently and with a team.
Not afraid to be out there or different from the pack. We're not looking for just match day graphics to be posted weekly with a match report. We're looking for a personality, behind and in front of the camera and across our platforms.
Job Overview
The individual is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, managing social media channels to drive engagement and audience growth, and in turn securing sponsorship to generate revenue.
This role blends creative campaign planning with commercial acumen, involving content creation, analytics tracking, and building partnerships with sponsors to support business objectives.
Putting us out there on TikTok, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads and the rest! If you're familiar with Social media platforms and able to create content for them we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media channels in a timely manner.
- Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Email and digital marketing strategies and software is a plus
