Overview:
As part of our exciting growth plans, we are seeking a creative, dynamic and ambitious Marketing Exec to join us. Working closely with the Management Team you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies, from email and social media to internal marketing, with the primary goals of raising brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation.
This role requires multi-tasking and the ability to work on your own initiative to plan your weekly activities and prioritise your workload. Our small office team offers a casual and friendly atmosphere, hybrid working is also an option.
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. For the right person, this role has clear progression opportunities, including stepping into a Marketing Manager position as the business scales and your responsibilities grow. You’ll be supported to develop the leadership, technical and strategic skills to take that next step when the time is right.
The Position:
Developing & executing marketing strategies to target specific industry sectors
Contributing to the effective promotion of the company brand
Managing social media accounts and creating engaging content
Planning & executing email marketing campaigns
Creating & managing content for the company website, including blogs and case studies
Designing marketing materials such as flyers, infographics and the bi-monthly newsletter
Monthly reports generation with KPI’s and conversions
Tracking & analysing marketing campaign performance to optimise strategies
Conducting research & market analysis to identify new business opportunities
Sales Team support with new leads and marketing materials
Organising trade exhibitions, internal company events and charity days
What you’ll need:
Proven experience in marketing but with a fresh approach
A creative thinker with a strategic mindset – someone who not only generates ideas but understands how to execute them with purpose and impact
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and evolving environment
Expertise in using HubSpot for CRM management, marketing automation, and lead generation
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Google Sheets, Canva or Adobe
Strong communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and creative content
Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimising campaign performance
Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies
Experience with exhibitions and events planning
