Hi-Tech Property Services are an experienced and successful building, maintenance and refurbishment company with a substantial and growing client base. As a leading provider of property management and construction services we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and professionalism to deliver exceptional customer services.
Due to sustained growth, we are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our team at our Head Office in Fareham. You will play a key role in delivering professional, consistent, and impactful marketing that supports our continued expansion. Working closely with the Head of Commercial and our teams across the business, you will help strengthen our brand, drive lead generation, support recruitment campaigns, and deliver engaging internal and external communications.
Key Responsibilities :
· Brand & Presentation
o Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all materials.
o Create branded templates, brochures, and professional client-facing documents.
o Support internal comms with branded content like posters, screensavers, and newsletters.
· Digital & Social Media
o Manage and update the company website, improving SEO and user experience.
o Deliver the LinkedIn growth plan with engaging, consistent content.
o Oversee Google Business and online reputation platforms.
o Create and schedule email marketing campaigns.
· People & Culture Marketing
o Produce branded recruitment campaigns, adverts, and packs.
o Develop onboarding materials that reflect our vision and values.
o Support internal culture campaigns to engage and inspire our teams.
· Campaigns & Analysis
o Plan and deliver digital and offline marketing campaigns.
o Track performance, report ROI, and recommend improvements.
o Manage marketing budgets effectively.
Qualifications & Experience …
- 2+ years’ experience in a broad marketing role (B2B experience a bonus).
- Strong copywriting and visual design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Confident managing websites (WordPress or similar), social platforms, and email tools
- Experience with SEO, analytics, and basic paid advertising.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Great communication skills and ability to work collaborative within a team.
- Ability to manage deadlines and priorities workload
- Full UK driving license.
As a fast moving and growing business, there will be a need to continuously review key responsibilities and accountabilities whilst embracing ad-hoc tasks outside the core remit when required

- Full Time Role 40 Hours Per Week.
- Based Fareham, as part of the role, there will be the requirement to complete site visits across the South and South West.

- The salary for the role would be £28,000 to £32,000 per annum dependant on experience.
- Free On-site Parking (Fareham/Ilminster).
