We believe that great housing services are shaped by the people who use them. Our work includes consultancy, training, accreditation, and policy influence, all grounded in values of collaboration, inclusion, and transparency.
Tpas is England’s leading tenant engagement expert, working since 1988 to promote, support and champion tenant involvement in social housing. As a not-for-profit membership organisation, we work with over 300 members representing more than 3.5 million homes, bringing together tenants, landlords and contractors to improve services, influence policy, and strengthen communities.
