Job Summary
The Marketing Administrator supports the sales and marketing functions by managing inbound leads, live chat, and the company’s sales inbox to ensure timely and professional customer engagement. The role involves maintaining accurate CRM data, nurturing leads through effective communication, and coordinating with internal teams to direct enquiries appropriately. In addition, the Marketing Administrator manages customer reviews on Trustpilot, supports website updates for products and pricing, and assists with social media activity by promoting reviews and providing content support. This role is key in ensuring smooth lead management, consistent messaging, and a positive customer experience across all channels.
Handling Inbound Leads
- Lead Qualification and Distribution: Assessing incoming leads to determine their potential and directing them to the appropriate sales representatives or departments.
- Data Management: Keeping the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system updated with all interactions, ensuring that lead information is accurate and comprehensive.
Managing Live Chat
- Real-time Customer Support: Providing immediate assistance and guidance to website visitors, answering questions, resolving issues, and offering recommendations.
- Lead Capture: Gathering contact information and relevant details from chat interactions to facilitate follow-up and lead nurturing efforts.
Managing the Company’s Sales Inbox
- Email Management: Organising and responding to incoming emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordination with Departments: Ensuring that important emails are forwarded to the appropriate personnel and that responses are consistent with company messaging.
- Lead Nurturing: Engaging with leads through email by providing informational content and follow-up communications to move them through the sales funnel
Dealing with the Company’s Reviews via Trustpilot
- Review Management: Regularly monitoring and responding to reviews on Trustpilot, both positive and negative, in a manner that reflects the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Feedback Loop: Communicating customer feedback to relevant departments to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- Reputation Management: Engaging with reviewers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve the company's ratings and public perception.
Website Maintenance
- Products and Pricing: Liaise with the sales team and email developer to keep flash offers and clearance products and prices up to date.
- Website Amends: Implement any image and copy updates to web pages when necessary.
Social Media Support
- Review Promotion: Identify positive reviews that can be used for social media posts.
- Content Support: Assist the Social Media and Content Manager with additional social media support when required.
