Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Worker who holds a full UK driving licence. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, flexible, and capable of performing a wide range of property maintenance tasks while also supporting our team with driving duties across our various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs in residential properties (flats and houses).
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests as needed.
- Perform tasks such as plumbing repairs, painting, minor electrical fixes, and general handyman duties.
- Drive to and between properties across West London (e.g., Southall, Hounslow, Hayes, etc.) to complete tasks or transport materials.
- Conduct property checks and ensure health and safety standards are met.
- Assist with setting up and preparing new accommodations for service users.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience in general property maintenance or handyman work
- Good knowledge of basic plumbing, painting, minor electrical work, and general repairs
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Flexibility to respond to occasional out-of-hours tasks or urgent issues
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to quality workmanship
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
