What you’ll be doing

As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our hotel's operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include coordinating work tasks and priority levels, providing updates to various departments, and ensuring that all communication channels remain open and transparent.

You will be responsible for answering phones and addressing both internal and external queries with a relatable and friendly approach. Maintaining an accurate inventory of maintenance supplies, requisitioning parts as needed, and recording information for unfinished tasks are crucial aspects of your role. You will also raise purchase orders, liaise with contractors and suppliers, process invoices, and keep all information organized.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks undertaken
  • The ability to create a positive first impression, acting as an ambassador for the Clermont Hotel Group
  • Commercial awareness within the context of your role, recognizing opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency
  • A proactive approach to reporting health and safety hazards immediately to your line manager, prioritizing a safe environment for all
