Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant to join our team. A machine assistant is a vital part and piece of the production line, you are one of the last individuals to check the quality and standard of the products before packaging the product up accordingly; to meet the customer’s requirement/request. The role requires a keen eye for detail and you will be packaging and sorting products at the end of the line. Supporting on the Sealer area when cover is required. The Sealer Operative is a key role within the production chain. Once the paper bags have been manufactured the auto packer then collates bundles of bags at the end of the machine and seals bag bundles ready for the next stage. The Sealer Operative role is to safely take the bag bundles from the end of the machine onto pallets.

- The hours are 37.5 hours a week, over a 3-rotating shift pattern that include mornings, evenings and nights.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge is useful but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Please note, we do not offer sponsorships. This role follows a 3-rotational shift pattern including morning, nights and afternoons. This position will be working 37.5 hours per week on a three rotating shift patterns 06.00 – 14.00, 14.00 - 22.00 and 22.00 – 6.00 Monday to Thursday and 6.00 – 11.30, 11.30 – 17.00 and 17.00 – 22.30 on Friday.
Half an hour paid break each day.
