The Role:
Lunchtime Activity & After School-Club Leader
The Requirements:
We seek to place an experienced sports coach with our partnered schools in North West London. Please only apply if you are able to commute to this area and are available to work Monday-Friday. You will have to arrive at the school by 11:30pm everyday. The first two hours of work will be from 11:30-1:30, leading the lunch time sporting activities. The second 2 hours of work will be running an after school club from 3:30 - 5:30
Keys To Success:
We are searching for confident, adaptable and enthusiastic individuals with an interest in the education sector. Perhaps you’re an aspiring teacher or sports coach, a recent graduate or an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for the perfect role to immerse yourself in: the successful candidate will have opportunities and challenges to develop their practice.
- Level 2 or 3 qualification is ideal but not essential
- Relevant experience supporting children including youth workers, support workers or tutors will be taken into consideration
- Working knowledge of inclusion and SEND
- Delivering high-quality sports lunchtimes during children's playtime and after-school sports clubs
Your Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include leading / supervising activities at lunchtimes and after school care programme. To be a role model that will inspire and empower people to lead a healthy and physically active lifestyle through creating and delivering outstanding sport and physical activity sessions that are engaging and promote learning through movement. This role is pivotal to the overall success of the company as you will aid in driving company objectives at the same time as being an advocate for the company and its values – consistently championing the company vision and driving standards
