Clearly Education are seeking Qualified Nursery Practitioners looking to build upon their experience working with children in various Nursery settings in Witham and surrounding areas.
This position is ideal for a those looking for flexible work, whether its to fit around childcare/school runs or around university work.
Requirements:
- Qualified as a Level 2/3 Practitioner.
- Have relevant experience working in childcare in the last 3 years.
- Must have a clear understanding of safeguarding children, Prevent and FGM, or be willing to undergo relevant training prior to beginning work.
- The appointed candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS that is on the update service.
- Good transport links and be willing to travel to different local settings where necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Keep children safe, ensuring their health and wellbeing needs are met.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with school staff, parents and children.
- Represent Clearly Education when planning and delivering activities where applicable following the EYFS curriculum.
- Support and promote equality and diversity in different settings.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Implement qualities that inspire confidence in both children and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for childcare and commitment to children's development.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the nursery and its children.
