Great opportunity for a customer focused individual to provide quality service to our customers at the start and end of their tenancy. You will work with internal teams to ensure prompt turnaround of homes, placing adverts, complete viewings, inspections and giving first class advice to customers.

What you'll achieve

Working in a busy Lettings team, you will have a collaborative approach to ensure service standards are met. This role will involve working across the East Sussex area so own transport is essential. With mileages costs covered, you would cover a broad area such as Hastings, Bexhill, Brighton and over to Ashford and Maidstone and surroundings. The Lettings team work collaboratively and the wider team is based up in the Midlands and East.

What you'll bring

Essential skills

  • Excellent numeracy, literacy and communication skills.
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in England and Mathematics.
  • IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage own workload and to meet deadlines.
  • Commitment and understanding of how to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Team player and focus on team task approach to meet the needs of the customer
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Ability to travel to meet the needs of the service. Own transport essential.
  • Flexibility to meet deadlines where appropriate
  • Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required in line with the level of responsibility of the post in order to meet the changing needs of the organisation.
  • Experience in similar role, eg lettings, tenancy management
