Salary: £31,925 to £38,314 per annum
£25,540 to £30,651 actual salary
Hours: 29.6 hours per week
Location: Wakefield College
We have an amazing opportunity in our Health and Social Care team to teach our enthusiastic and motivated students and help them achieve their highest potential.
As a Lecturer in Health and Social Care you will:
- Teach across Health & Social Care courses across both Further Education and Higher Education
- Provide outstanding teaching to ensure that all learners achieve their highest potential
- Benefit from a supportive team of specialists.
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who can promote a culture of excellent behaviour, motivation and high learner performance through excellent standards of teaching and learning. In addition, you should be an excellent team player and have a passion for supporting students to succeed.
You will have:
- Degree in Health and Social Care or other related discipline
- GCSE in Maths and English A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
- Experience of working in the Health/Care sector
- Skills and knowledge required to teach T Level
- A PGCE or recognised full teaching qualification is desirable but not essential
