Deliver high-quality teaching on Access to HE and Level 2 programmes in Psychology and Criminology. Plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student work, track progress, and provide academic and pastoral support to ensure learner success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver inclusive, engaging lessons using varied teaching methods and digital tools.
- Assess, monitor, and record learner achievement, providing constructive feedback.
- Support student progress through tailored academic and pastoral guidance.
- Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Psychology, Criminology, or related subject.
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) or willingness to achieve one.
- Experience teaching or supporting learners in FE/HE settings.
- Strong communication, organisational, and digital teaching skills.
