We are pleased to invite expressions of interest for the internal role of Learning Lead, an exciting career opportunity to play a central part in driving teaching and learning excellence across the College.

This role will not come with remission, but it will attract an additional pay award of £2,000 per annum, in recognition of its strategic importance and leadership responsibility.

Lead Innovation: Embed evidence-informed approaches such as Rosenshein's Principles and Cognitive Load Theory into College practice.

Mentor and Coach: Support both teachers and Curriculum Cluster Leads, fostering professional growth across departments.

Deliver High-Impact CPD: Contribute to both internal and external CPD that enhances our collective expertise and the College’s professional reputation.

Enhance the Student Experience: Monitor and respond to the full student experience, both inside and beyond the classroom.

Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with senior leaders to promote teaching excellence College-wide.

Be an Ambassador: Model professionalism, leadership, and our Catholic values both internally and externally.
