Laundry Assistant required for residential care home in Davenport. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 10am to 2pm. The job entails washing, drying and ironing the residents' clothes and delivering the laundered items to the respective resident's room/wardrobes.
Whilst no laundry room work experience is required, the ideal candidate should have an ability to self direct and have an organised approach to dealing with tasks at hand and be able to work as a part of a team.
Situated in the residential area of Davenport, Stockport, Davenport Manor is a long established residential home with a reputation for quality care and comfort.
The home is located in its own secluded grounds with ample parking facilities. Local shops, Davenport railway station, bus routes and a park are all within easy walking distance.
We provide residential accommodation for the elderly who may require varying levels of support and care ranging from basic support for daily activities to those with dementia.
