We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Duties
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure a safe environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing assistance during construction or maintenance tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and safety on-site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective teamwork.
- A valid driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the project needs.
