- Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for ingredients as necessary to ensure availability.
- Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and kitchen policies.
- Maintain a positive working environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration among kitchen staff.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Cook or Chef in a restaurant setting, demonstrating culinary expertise.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
