Job Description

Prepare food using designated recipes or methods with precision. Promptly report any maintenance or repair issues to the kitchen manager and request necessary cleaning products. Ensure that all mandatory training, including Food Hygiene & Safety, Health & Safety, and Fire Safety, is completed through the internal training system. Complete cleaning tasks diligently and ensure that checklists are followed as instructed. Work with the team to provide our guests with an exceptional and consistent product. Take necessary measures to minimize wastage and understand all measures to prevent it. Ensure that we strictly comply with all health, safety, and food regulations.

Role in our Family

• Ensure kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times, follow CAYG principles and maintain a clean and safe method of working at all times
• Ensure all pot wash is completed in a timely manner and stored away in a correct position
• Ensure correct chemicals are being used for the correct jobs and ensure all chemicals and blue roll stocked up daily
• Ensure all Health and Safety standards are followed every shift
• Support the kitchen team in regard to prep levels as required
