Overview:
We are currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant / Cook to join our team in preparing delicious meals in our kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for food preparation and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and recipes provided
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Monitor food supplies and ingredients stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver excellent dining experiences
Skills:
- Strong culinary skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- Knowledge of food safety principles and practices
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation
- Good communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with kitchen staff
