Our Training Team equips Randox sales professionals, distributors, and internal staff with the scientific knowledge and communication skills needed to engage effectively with healthcare professionals, researchers, technical buyers, and distributors worldwide. The team delivers impactful training through workshops, roadshows, exhibitions, conferences & e-learning modules - ensuring consistent, confident, and clinically relevant messaging across global markets.
Location : 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY.
Contract Offered : Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours : 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Sales Training Manager, you will play a key role in developing our internal clinical sales team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role with a strong emphasis on Clinical QC Product Training. You will:

- Act as a first point of contact for sales staff seeking guidance on technical and commercial development.

Who We’re Looking For

- Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn new information quickly and create effective training material.
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Eligible to work in the UK.
Desirable:
- Previous laboratory experience.
- Experience in training, or customer-facing roles within diagnostics or medical devices.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., e-learning platforms).
