We're looking for an energetic, reliable, self-motivated person to join our kitchen team primarily as a kitchen porter and potwash, however, for the right candidate there will be an opportunity to move into the kitchen full time if you show flare, a willingness to learn and a passion for food, after initial probation.
Make no mistake this isn't an easy job the KP's world is a busy one but it is an important job. Equally potwash is hard, hot work and sometimes laborious but you'll be joining a great team of people and the rewards can be great for someone willing to work hard.
As this is a physical job and will require being on your feet for long hours, some heavy lifting and stair work you will need to be physically fit.
The job may lead to full time so won't suit anyone looking for long term position on a part-time basis or who is planning to go to college or Uni and the ideal candidate will either live locally or will have access to their own transport to get to and from work.
Uniform is provided.
You will receive a portion of the tips, however, this is run by the staff not the owners.
Salary remuneration will always meet national minimum wage criteria and you will be paid weekly in arrears.
