Are you looking for a career you didn’t even know you wanted?
If you’ve just left school or college and are curious about shaping places, designing communities, and influencing how towns and neighbourhoods grow - this could be your perfect start.
As a Junior Masterplanner at A2, you’ll be taken under the wing of an experienced mentor with decades of knowledge to share. You don’t need any background in architecture - we’ll teach you everything you need to know. What we do need is energy, ambition, and the drive to learn.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools, including CAD, which you’ll use to help bring small and large-scale schemes to life. If you’re technically minded and curious about how ideas translate into real-world plans, you’ll find this role incredibly rewarding.
If you love solving problems, have an eye for detail, and can imagine how a place could be better, you’ll thrive here. You’ll be part of a creative, forward-thinking team that shapes environments where people live, work, and connect.
