Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Event Campaign Assistant to support our event and marketing teams. You will help plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and events, gaining hands-on experience in the world of marketing and event management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
- Support the team with logistics, scheduling, and coordination.
- Help with communication and follow-ups with clients and partners.
- Prepare materials, presentations, and reports for campaigns and events.
- Maintain accurate records of campaign activities and results.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth event execution.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in marketing, events, or customer service is a plus but not essential.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
