Role Overview:
As a Junior Event Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our event marketing campaigns. You’ll assist in setting up and managing promotional events, engaging with attendees, and helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is an ideal role for someone confident, sociable, and eager to break into the events and marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and setup of marketing events and promotional activities
- Greet and engage with customers at events in a friendly and professional manner
- Distribute promotional materials and provide information on client products/services
- Assist with event logistics, including equipment, signage, and inventory
- Collect customer feedback and report campaign performance to the event manager
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe event environment
- Represent clients’ brands with enthusiasm and integrity
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality and a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a team
- No previous experience required – full training provided
