Role Overview:
As a Junior Customer Service Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers and prospects, handling enquiries while promoting our marketing services. You will assist in building relationships, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to sales targets. This is an excellent role for someone keen to develop their sales skills within a dynamic marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about marketing services and promotions
- Assist in identifying sales opportunities and promoting relevant products or campaigns
- Manage customer accounts and ensure a positive customer experience
- Record all interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support campaign execution
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Motivated by targets and keen to develop sales skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not essential
- Interest in marketing and sales
