Role Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, supporting our marketing efforts, and delivering excellent service on behalf of our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers as part of marketing campaigns
- Respond to inbound enquiries, providing product information and assistance
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools
- Follow call scripts and campaign guidelines to ensure message consistency
- Handle objections professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Meet daily and weekly call targets
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to help optimise outreach strategies
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner
- Excellent time management and attention to detail

- No previous experience required – full training provided
