Role Overview:
As a Junior Brand Sales Agent, you’ll act as the face of the brand—engaging directly with customers, building trust, and driving sales through tailored product and service recommendations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is passionate about branding and marketing, and is looking to start a rewarding career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent client brands through face-to-face marketing and sales campaigns
- Communicate product benefits clearly and confidently to potential customers
- Build rapport and trust with customers to drive conversions
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights to improve campaign performance
- Work in various locations (residential, event, or retail settings) depending on campaign type
- Uphold brand integrity and represent each client with professionalism
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence and enthusiasm in engaging with the public
- A proactive and target-driven mindset
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- No previous sales experience required – full training is provided
- Passion for branding, marketing, or customer engagement is a plus
