As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a highly skilled joiner to our team who specializes in fitting kitchens and bathrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly fit kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Carry out all aspects of joinery work including doors, windows, floors, and bespoke joinery.
- Work closely with plumbers, electricians, tilers, and plasterers to ensure seamless project completion.
- Have a working knowledge of tiling, ensuring all surfaces are prepared correctly and tile installations are cohesive with the rest of the work.
- Assist with minor tiling work when needed, helping to ensure smooth transitions between joinery and tiled surfaces for a polished finish.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans accurately.
- Ensure work is completed to the highest standard, within agreed timelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in joinery, with a strong focus on kitchen and bathroom fitting.
- Must have own tools to perform all required joinery tasks.
- Ability to work effectively with plumbers, electricians, tilers, and plasterers.
- Familiarity with tiling processes, such as surface preparation, grouting, and finishing, to ensure integration with joinery work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and workmanship.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects.
- Full UK driving licence required.
