Role Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide product knowledge, maintain the store’s appearance, and support day-to-day retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
- Provide expert advice and product knowledge on jewellery and watches
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Assist with stock management and inventory control
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support other team members to ensure smooth store operation
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, ideally in jewellery or luxury goods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with transactions
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in jewellery and fashion is a plus
