Summary
We are seeking a talented Product Photographer to join our team at Aardvark Jewellery. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing stunning images and videos of our jewellery pieces that highlight their beauty and craftsmanship. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visual presence and attracting customers.
Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs of jewellery pieces and loose gems, focusing on detail and aesthetics.
- Capturing video of pieces, with a focus on coloured gemstones in particular.
- Edit and retouch images to ensure they meet our brand standards.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand the vision behind each piece.
- Manage photo shoots, including setting up lighting and backgrounds appropriate for jewellery photography.
- Maintain an organized library of images for easy access and reference.
- Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms to promote our products.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a photographer, with a focus on jewellery product photography
- Experience in product videography of jewellery and gemstones
- Strong proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, or similar tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics in product presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with social media management is a plus.
