Hours - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Holiday – 23 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) increasing by one day per each year of service (up to a maximum of 28 days)

About the IT Services Co-ordinator role

We’re looking for an IT Services Co-ordinator to join our Central systems team. Based remotely, we are ideally looking for candidates around the Midlands, South, London / home counties area.
As the Technology Services Co-ordinator, this role plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective delivery of Technology and operational support services across the practice as follows. This will be a highly organised individual, project management and background knowledge from working in an IT Services environment will be helpful and a desire to learn.
The role will have excellent development opportunities to grow with the organisation and as new initiatives are adopted. The role will be supported in professional training and certifications with exciting cross-functional opportunities to participated in strategic Technology initiatives led by the Central services to underpin the support of TC Group for future growth. The role will deputise for the Head of Technology as needed from time to time, hence it also provides a path for ongoing development.
Key responsibilities of an IT Services Co-ordinator will include:
Operational Support for Services
- Information gathering and assessment to provide timely and accurate visibility of service levels, activities and management information for ongoing decision.
- Monitoring the performance of Managed Service Provider activities on hourly / daily basis, to identity trends and emerging issues; liaising directly with key stakeholders to ensure they are helped in the resolution of individual requests and incidents ensuring high quality experience to the Partner firms with the goal for overall excellent Partner experience in services provided
Compliance Support
- Develop the registers, logs, lists, trackers and documents needed for standardised operations (eg as found in a typical ITIL-based service organisation) and to support continuous improvement.
- Support compliance with GDPR, ISO, and other standards. Coordinates with security teams and vendors to maintain safe, audited, and resilient systems.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Planning & Integration
- Support the Technology information gathering assessment, planning and integration stages of acquisitions that may be typically around 2 per month and are core to TC Group’s successful growth
- Develop the implementation plan, working closely with the M&A team based on the agreed playbook and through the formation of excellent relationships with Partner firms to be integrated
Project Coordination
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional projects led by Central Service to ensure all are aligned with the relevant policies, standards and Technology operating model
About you
We are looking for candidates with the following core competencies and skills:
Technical
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Bachelor Degree (Computer Science, engineering), Relevant IT qualifications (Microsoft Certifications)
- Proficient using IT environment tools eg Service Desks, Portals, MS Office, tools for Collaboration, Reporting, Project Management, tracking,
- Strong understanding of best practices IT Service operational workflows
- Awareness of some key relevant standards such as GDPR, ISO27001, ITIL service management and Project Management / Service frameworks
Interpersonal
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Organisational
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Worked in a multi-site environment ideally 20+ sites
