IT Adviser School Liaison
As an IT Adviser Schools liaison, you will work with one or more of our academic schools or professional services in providing expertise around the technologies required to support effective work and study.
You will be a central point of contact and will help to involve relevant expertise across information services to fulfil needs. You will also be an active member of the IT adviser team, providing advice and resolving issues across a wide range of technology. You will be an enthusiastic and friendly professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a commitment to providing an excellent student experience.
What you’ll bring
- HND / Degree in IT related subject or HNC in IT related subject with appropriate professional qualifications.
- Proficient level of understanding of Windows client PC technologies, and of mobile technologies to include iOS and Android.
- Experience in a PC technical support role. Including troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems to include Windows 11, in a networked environment.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions effectively to individuals from a variety of backgrounds and professional levels.
- Experience of working on IT related projects, from initiation to completion.
