Recruiter – Engineering & Manufacturing (Hybrid Working)
Location: East Leake, Loughborough (Hybrid – Tuesdays & Thursdays in-office)

You’ll be joining a high-performing, supportive internal recruitment team hiring across a broad range of disciplines – from Engineering and IT to Sustainability, Sales, and more.

· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards across candidate experience, systems use, and recruitment marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Partnering with technical and engineering teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and deliver top-quality talent.
· Building and nurturing talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
· Collaborating with your recruitment team to uphold a culture of shared success and mutual trust.
· Supporting internal mobility and development by assisting internal applicants through the hiring process.
· Maintaining accurate and meaningful data in the ATS to support smart, transparent recruitment operations.
