SUMMER INTERN – “SOLUTIONS HUB”

The solutions hub summer intern will play a key role in supporting the Methodologies Lead in all of their day to day activities in bringing rigor, consistency and scalability to our solutions through best-in-class methodologies, ensuring excellence in our client offerings.
The successful summer intern candidate will:
- Work with the Methodologies Lead and their Executive Assistant (EA) to put in place teams, work schedules and meeting cadences for four methodology workstreams across assessment, individual, team and organisation effectiveness.
- Support specific methodologies projects/sprints in these areas
Expected output includes:
- Finalising role descriptions for team members; work plans and meeting cadence
- Ensuring all projects are up and running
- Supporting the timely creation of a recruitment plan and work plans for F26
- Assessing the current state of individual and team effectiveness methodologies
