Brief Role Outline:
As a key member of the LiquidLogic Professional Services team, the Implementation Consultant plays a vital role in delivering best-in-class configuration, guidance, and training to our local government clients. The role involves managing and delivering high-quality system implementations of the LiquidLogic product portfolio in line with System C's values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver software implementations that align with clients' strategic goals in social care and education.
- Lead configuration design workshops and facilitate system training for customer super users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration and integration issues during implementation.
- Monitor, escalate, and manage high-priority issues and risks appropriately.
- Develop trusted relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with client stakeholders, internal teams, and wider project collaborators
- Collaborate with colleagues across Product, Development, Sales, and Support functions.
- Empower customer project teams through knowledge sharing, system training, and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodology and internal knowledge bases.
- Support the upskilling of colleagues within the Professional Services team.
- Provide specialist knowledge during pre- and post-go-live phases and contribute to ongoing client success.
- Seek innovative ways to deliver value-added services and enhanced product adoption.
- Stay informed on sector developments and regulatory frameworks to support informed consultancy.
Skills required:
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Proven experience implementing software solutions within social care or education sectors.
- CSS Knowledge
- ID Provider Knowledge - OpenID Compliant
- Portal Implementation Experience
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies, UAT cycles, and configuration best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and project support tools (e.g., Jira).
