About the opportunity
We are seeking an adept IT professional with strong problem-solving and customer service skills to join our dynamic team in the position of ICT Service Desk Analyst on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you will provide technical support through the Service Desk to users of the Council's ICT environment, including business applications, systems software, desktop computers, peripherals, mobile devices and the communications network. Essential Criteria
- Tertiary qualification (or close to completion) in Information Technology or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in an ICT Service Desk environment, including strong communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Windows SOE and Intune environment
- Demonstrated experience in configuring WAP, routers, etc.
- Ability to provide technical support in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Office365, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Azure
- Demonstrated ability to support Microsoft Office products
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the delivery of quality information technology support
- Demonstrated sound organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet agreed deadlines
- Demonstrated commitment to Work Health and Safety
- Current Class C driver licence
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of Technology One products – Financials, Property & Rating, ECM, Performance Planning and Asset Management
- Experience in Power shell scripting
- Ability to troubleshoot network related issues
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
Salary: $78,619.00 - $91,006.00 per annum, plus 12% Superannuation
