About the opportunity

We are seeking an adept IT professional with strong problem-solving and customer service skills to join our dynamic team in the position of ICT Service Desk Analyst on a permanent full-time basis. In this role, you will provide technical support through the Service Desk to users of the Council's ICT environment, including business applications, systems software, desktop computers, peripherals, mobile devices and the communications network. Salary: $78,619.00 - $91,006.00 per annum, plus 12% Superannuation

Information and Communications Technology is responsible for the provision of ICT services across the organisation through business solutions, infrastructure/systems integration, spatial information systems, project management, internal ICT customer service and strategy delivery.
