- Hands-on with configuration, data, and workflows.
- Working side-by-side with experienced HRIS consultants.
- Learning the end-to-end system implementation process from the inside.
What You’ll Do:
Project Coordination
- Keep project timelines, logs, and documentation up to date.
- Organise meetings, track actions, and ensure follow-up.
- Prepare project updates for stakeholders.
- Cleanse, validate, and upload HR data.
- Support configuration changes and testing.
- Help prepare training materials and go-live readiness.
- Manage Learning Management System user access and enrolments.
- Keep system data up to date (joiners, leavers, organisational changes).
- Assist in setting up workflows, permissions, and forms.
- Identify and suggest usability improvements.
- HR, recruitment, or people operations experience.
- Strong administration and organisation skills.
- Confidence with data and spreadsheets (Excel skills a big plus).
- An analytical mind and a problem-solving approach.
- Curiosity for how systems work and a willingness to learn quickly.
