TPT Retirement Solutions is looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, organised, efficient and focussed on delivering a customer focused HR and Recruitment administration service.
You will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the HR Team’s central mailbox, resolving 1st line queries and escalating issues to other team members as appropriate.
- Supporting recruitment activity, including processing all pre-employment checks, preparing new starter paperwork and providing administration support with TPT’s Networx recruitment system.
- Plan and organise all induction activities to ensure an effective onboarding experience.
- Provide general HR administrative support, to various HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support with the maintenance of employee records on the HR System and organisation charts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Implement HR payroll changes in a timely manner in line with company policies and procedures.
- Participating in ad-hoc HR projects and tasks.
- Supporting the HR team
Skills and Experience:
We are seeking individuals with:
- At least one year previous experience in a HR administrative role, supporting key HR activities.
- 4 GCSE’s C / 4 or above including Maths and English.
- CIPD Level 3 is desirable (training will be given).
- Good experience of MS Office suite.
- Good interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to use your initiative when problem solving.
- Ability to work effectively as a team.
- Ability to work quickly and methodically under pressure and multi-task.
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel is essential, any HR system experience is desirable.
We operate a Hybrid working pattern from our brand new office in Leeds centre, which is walkable from the train station.
