Job description
Jennie Reeves is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join at a site based in London, working as the first point of contact for team members for all HR issues. The ideal candidate would have strong administration skills and be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Monday to Friday - 8am to 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment, arranging interviews, sending job offers & new starter packs & contracts of employment.
- Overseeing employees Right to Work, DBS and references checks
- Ensuring employee records are up to date in accordance with procedures
- Overseeing employees’ absences and other leave
- Liaising with payroll
- Organising investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, ensuring best practice is followed
- Ensuring HR processes are being correctly followed
- Minute taking in meetings
- Ensuring all employees and employee records are CQC compliant

Essential Skills and Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR administration role, 1 year minimum preferred
- Prior experience with Home Office / SMS Visa applications preferred
