Summary
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Administrator & Admin Assitant to join our dedicated team. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am- 12pm.
This is a fantastic dual-role opportunity for someone who enjoys both the structured processes of human resources and the dynamic, creative world of public relations.
Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle – from posting vacancies to onboarding new team members
- Support payroll processes, attendance tracking, and holiday management
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
- Contribute to the development of HR policies that support our charity's mission.
Admin Assistant:
- Being first point of contact and answering emails, phone calls from customers, donators, companies or people interested in the charity
- Booking donation collections for clothes and electronics
- Work with the directors and management on charity projects
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 years’ experience in a HR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning new tools
- Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- A proactive, can-do mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
