We are looking for a pro-active Admin Assistant to join our small team in Old Wolverton.
THE JOB IS LOCAL OFFICE BASED ONLY.
- acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- managing diaries and organising appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- managing databases and filing systems with understanding of CRM's
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Assist in the operation and daily running of the workshop.
- Play a key part in the targets including key performance targets.
- Implement and enforce company procedures and policies.
- Offer excellent customer service.
- Ensure the work is carried out in line with Company procedures.
- Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
- Assisting with the running of the front desk and helping customers
- Maximise workflow through the workshop to achieve efficiencies.
