Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel welcome.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, handling reservations, payments, and inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist guests with any special requests or concerns during their stay, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest information in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold cleanliness and organisation at the reception area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
