Job Requirements
- Aged 18 or over (for licensing and insurance purposes)
- Professional, approachable, and reliable
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to stand for long periods and handle physical aspects of the role
- Experience in hospitality, catering, or bar work is preferred, but not essential – full training will be provided
- A positive, team-focused attitude
Job Responsibilities
Your role will vary depending on your assignment, but may include:
Customer Service - Delivering excellent service to guests in a professional and approachable manner
Food & Beverage Service - Assisting with the preparation and serving of food and drinks to high standards
Bar Operation - Pouring and serving beverages responsibly and efficiently (bar roles only)
Till Operation - Handling transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
Cleanliness & Hygiene - Maintaining clean and organised workspaces and complying with hygiene standards
Team Collaboration - Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods
